The day we picked her up. Bittersweet day for me as it was odd to hold a puppy of my own after having Lola who has been so sick for the last 4 years.

Advent 2012

Our first Day of Dec.1 Advent Activity we took the Kids and Jack to the Zoo Lights and the boys got to watch The Polar Express 4D! We had dinner on the hill and it was a great night. Some serious wrestling going on. Thank Heaven for Daddy's :)

When the Christmas tree is all decorated and we place the star at the top then Christmas is here! The envelopes behind each slot are our days activities!

Trey is working on his numbers so this is an advent that I thought could serve two purposes: count down  to Christmas and learning our numbers :)

Tigger's Arrival 2012

For Tigger's Arrival we told Trey an Elf Friend would be dropping him off. We are clearly not ready for Disneyland. Thanks to my Dad, the Elf for happily doing this.

Tigger's Welcome Back Party 2012

Last year we introduced "Tiggrer" our elf. Trey sort of got into to it but we didn't move him around alot but Trey knew he was there. This year I decided to have a "Welcome Back Tigger" breakfast. Thank goodness for Pinterest where I got most of my ideas!

Tigger brought The Elf CD about how we don't touch them or they lose their magic! He also brought Caroline and Trey a new ornament and a Christmas Book!

Trey has been waiting to give his letter to Santa to Tigger to take back to the North Pole and he quickly reminded me this morning to give it to Tigger :)

McKinney Thanksgiving 2012

Mom and Michael hard at work in the kitchen. Not only do Myron and Michael have fun together they also are two of the hardest working husbands. Committed to their jobs and their families 150%...no slacking from these two boys. So while Myron worked half a day at his company, Mom and Michael tended to the kitchen, Dad and I watched the kids and aunt a went to visit myrons Dad's family in Mckinney for a bit.

Aunt A got up at the crack of dawn and when we came down at 7:00 am we smelled fresh baked pies! The bourbon walnut pie was AMAZING....Duster def. has a knack in the kitchen and i know she is loving getting to use all her new wedding goodies for the first time. BTW: Duster got some out of this world stuff for her wedding gifts. I want to register again too :)
