playing pretend: esp. playing in our bed with me and daddy under the "tent" aka our bedding. we get under there and he concocts all types of stories....
his dogs
zoo/animals
songs he can sing/favorite: row/row/row your boat,Jesus loves me, Jesus loves the little children
Favorites: puzzles,TRACTORS, esp excavators, which he can distinguish between as we drive by them he yells,"tractor mama, it has a scoop, excavator!" CARS/TRUCKS...he is his fathers son, tools
Books: Olivia, Library Lion(however, this book has caused him to ROAR at inappropriate times/people/ places :), Mickey Mouse Club, Winnie the Pooh, Books about Cars/Tractors
Favorite new show: Mickey Mouse Club House...this reminds me to video him doing the "hot dog dance :) and Veggie Tales( great series)

still has anxiety in new situations/transitions/ people
sweet: very affectionate, loves to cuddle,attached to "blankie"
interactions with other children: besides a select group of kiddos here, trey really enjoys playing with older kids...4/5 age group.
thrives on a routine
likes to be center of attention
big on being a "helper" i can pretty much diffuse a discipline situation or tantrum on the rise with either asking him to be my "helper", using the 123 method, or the love and logic tactics
silly and picks up on our sarcasam

things we are working on:
potty training: going great! Tells us when he needs to go: about 6-7 x a day. transitioning to pull ups. only pee pee so far.
getting dressed: can put his shorts/pants on, socks on, and pull shirt over his head(still needs work getting his arms through)
brushing teeth:loves it and does a pretty good job :)
sharing: this is a biggie in our house, esp with a baby on the way!
dinner: no talking with our mouth full and he loves to have his napkin in his lap!
left and right: can tell us which is his left/right foot/arm/hand and if we are driving and he sees something he recognizes like the carwash he can tell us if we need to go left or right to get there.





trey loves hats!( makes me a happy momma as i am so diligent about sun protection!) these is his current hat of choice...brought back from Hawaii by Yaya + Pop Pop!
