Lovely Ladybugs!

Caroline was invited to our friend, Leighton's, 1st Birthday! It was ladybug central and Leighton's Mommy, LZ, put on a fabulous, magazine worthy party :) This was Caroline's 1st official birthday invitation( where she wasn't just tagging along with her brother) She quickly picked up on the fact that Birthday=Unka( her word for anything sweet: candy, cake, cookie, choc., etc) We had a grand time... just she and I.

One afternoon while Honey was napping we decided to get our farm animals and dinosaurs out and give them a good rud a dub dub! T loved it and thought it was hilarious.

Cabo Wabo...2013

When I 'm trying to get out of town I always ask myself " is this really worth it"? Once I'm on the plane, seated with my own thoughts and no one to take care of but myself, the answer is always YES!!!! Getting on the plane is most of the battle :) The Alchemist is by far one of the best books I have ever read. I think I book marked every page for Caroline and Trey to read someday. Seriously. One of my top 5 books.

One of the activities we chose this year was a cooking class! It was sooo much fun. Beyond our expectations and to take one of the themes from The Alchemist, this woman who owns the farm is certainly living her own "personal legend"....Floras Farms is just amazing!

Caroline's 1st Haircut

My big girl. We did this in Feb.2013( 19Months) and Caroline watched her big brother go first and then she was ready! Miss Diana is the best and they always leave looking quite "stylish"....No bells and whistles here as its an adult salon, however nothing a little lollipop can't tackle :) Caroline you always amaze me with your maturity. I think its that you just want to be like brother and anything he does you want to do as well. You sat perfectly still for the 15minute "do" and were so proud of yourself when you were finished!!! #presspausestopgrowing #youaresomuchfun

Busther is Getting Big-ERR.....

These were taken back in Feb. of 2013. Busther is such a joy and is getting quite big at only 5months. YIKES!

Spending a nice afternoon and enjoying the weather...and a few snacks too. We were actually working on a some commands with Busther on a long leash..." here busther here"...she is a pretty smart dog.
