Disneyland 2013 Part 2

YaYa, Pop Pop + Lily came with us and it was  great time!

Caroline was not all bothered by the character breakfast. Actually, she wasn't "into" or "not into" the chipmunk she was pretty indifferent. As long as they didn't disturb her digging into her breakfast she was ok with them hanging around. Her brother? Well. He wouldn't even walk in the door. Seriously.

The one ride mommy + daddy went on thanks the "Jeremy", Space Mountain. The only thing I remember about my trip to DisneyWorld at the ripe age of 6 close to 7 was Space Mountain. It hasn't changed much. The only "research" I really dug into before venturing off to the land of "Where the Magic Begins" is whether or not the VIP Tour was worth it. We decided to give it a go. "Jeremy" was absolutely worth it. For one entire day we were guided by Jeremy and rode more rides than we cared to in both parks, besides getting us to the front of the line Jeremy got us access to front row seating on all the shows, made our dinner reservations, got us to and from where we needed to be when we needed to be there, coordinated Character  meetings and one on one greetings and generally made our day much more enjoyable. In one day we rode every single ride in both parks multiple times ....it was pretty sweet. If you have been before you can attest this is a big deal bc depending on the crowds you could wait in hour long lines and only ride 4 or 5 rides in one day. It comes with a hefty price tag but I can be confident in saying it was worth the splurge. The next morning we were all, kids + adults alike, saying "When is Jeremy coming back? Can we bring Jeremy back"?

Disneyland Part 1: March 2013

Disneyland. Ahhh. We made it.   We were thrilled to be in the land of Radiator Springs. I didn't plan much. Which makes me even that more confident that we are not ready for Disneyworld :) Its alot of work! I did however, make sure we had some awesome tye died tee shirts..which actually came in handy when trying to find each other in the Massive Crowds.

All these photos came from DisneyPhotoPass which I highly recommend. You have a card that you hand to the Disney Photographers located all over the park. They snap your photos and you buy the CD...and All the family members are always in the photos. For $60 bucks I thought this was a great deal.

Caroline LOVED meeting all the characters...we waited for about an hour, walking thru Minnie's house and waiting in line for these photos!

Pizza for 2!

Daddy is our in-house chef :) Michael loves to cook. For me, it causes stress, for him, it releases stress. Its a win-win in our household. On Saturday he came home from the grocery store and says "Lets make pizza tonight. Who wants to help Daddy?" Of course, Honey stepped right up and well, the pics tell the rest of the story. She was so involved, watching and observing everything Daddy did. Patient and always waiting for Daddy's next instruction.  I love how Michael is able to "leave work" and just be "Daddy" when he is home with us. How did the 3 of us get so lucky?
